Calculation for different types gauges & control valves
Maintenance, Pre-Commissioning & Commissionning projects
Good knowledge about Permit to work systems (PTW) and several kinds of permits like Cold work permit, hot work permit, confined Space Entry permits
Commissioning and maintenance in Fire and gas including open path system
Commissioning of Various Instrument Systems. Pressure/Temperature transmitters, Temperature Sensors, Pressure/ Temperature Gauges, RTD’s Thermocouple, Thermo-well, Pressure Safety Valves, PLC & DCS System, Various Types of Actuators; Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electro pneumatic And Motorized Control Valves and Various type of Flow meters, Various type of Switches (Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level etc.)
Site survey for new scope with the direction of senior staff in the project.
Assist vendor in site operation activities for electrical, Instrument & Hvac system.
Supporting and coordination with QA/QC to achieve project standard and Spec. in construction as per client requirement
Having knowledge in Vibration Sensors Gap voltage adjustment using TK3e Testing equipment
